Returns & Cancellation Policy for ClimateEQ Ltd

This policy explains your rights and our rules for cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

1. Online E-Learning Courses

Access is granted immediately after purchase.
Under UK/EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products. However, this right is waived once the course is accessed.
By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge you lose your right to cancel once the course has started.
Refunds are only available if the course is defective or not as described.

2. Live Online Training (Zoom/Teams)

Cancellation by Participant:
- Within 14 days of purchase (and before the course starts): Full refund.
- After 14 days or once the course has started: No refund.
Transfers/Substitutions: Participants may transfer to another date or nominate a colleague free of charge if requested at least 7 days before the course.

3. In-Person Training Courses

Cancellation by Participant:
- More than 14 days before start date: Full refund.
- 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund. Participants may transfer to another eligible person or future course, subject to availability.
Non-Attendance: Treated as cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice (no refund). Exceptions may be considered in emergencies.
Transfers/Substitutions: Allowed free of charge if requested at least 7 days before the course.

4. Cancellation by ClimateEQ Ltd

If ClimateEQ Ltd cancels a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or a transfer to another date.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of an approved request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
